About me

Writing a bio always feels a little awkward, but I thought I’d share a bit more about myself for anyone who’s curious.

I’ve loved games for as long as I can remember, starting with video games. I spent countless hours in RPGs like Diablo II and Baldur’s Gate, strategy classics like Heroes of Might & Magic III, and later MMORPGs like Lineage II, Aion, and World of Warcraft.

I still enjoy video games (I play on PlayStation, and Elden Ring is one of my all-time favourites), but over time I realised that board games resonate with me in a different way. There’s something special about gathering around a table, laughing, and overcoming fun challenges together with friends and family (or even on your own) – no screens, no distractions. That kind of time together is priceless, and Think Gaming was born from that feeling.

My board gaming journey is fairly recent compared to some long-time hobbyists. I really only started around 2020. One of my first “proper” games was Runebound 3rd Edition, followed by Mice and Mystics, and before long I was completely absorbed by Gloomhaven. Since then I’ve fallen in love with tactical RPGs, fantasy adventures, strategy card games, roguelike deckbuilders, and many other systems that reward experimentation and thoughtful play. Today, The Elder Scrolls: Betrayal of the Second Era is my current number one game.

What excites me most is digging deep: customising characters, experimenting with builds, finding clever plays, exploring interesting mechanics, and then sharing those discoveries with others.

My goal with Think Gaming is simple: I help people get the most out of their favourite games by sharing deep analysis, strategy guides, and clear explanations – so they can spend less time confused and more time having fun.

If you’d like a clearer sense of what you’ll find on the channel, you can explore the games I cover and the principles that guide how I work.

Alongside board gaming, I spent over a decade building a career as a music producer and DJ. That journey eventually led to receiving a Global Talent visa and moving to the UK in 2023. More recently, I was awarded a scholarship to Ali Abdaal’s Part-Time YouTuber Academy, which gave me the push to start Think Gaming and take YouTube seriously.

Between that background and my love for systems, analysis, and teaching, Think Gaming is where I try to bring everything together – passion for games, clear communication, and being openly nerdy about the things I enjoy.

Thanks for reading, and thanks for being part of this journey.
