Final Titan is a draft battler designed by Richard Garfield and Christian Kudahl and published by Nerdlab Games. With over 100 different Titans to choose from, each with their own stats, abilities and ultimates, the game is all about assembling a team and sending your Titans into the arena to battle against your opponents.

In Final Titan, each player recruits a team of Titans and sends them into the arena to compete in one-on-one duels. Players can use upgrade cards to strengthen their own Titans or interfere with their opponents, while each Titan brings a different combination of attacks, special abilities and powerful ultimates.

I’ve put together this official How to Play video to explain the rules step by step, from setting up your first game to understanding the different game modes and all the mechanics you’ll encounter along the way.

Hopefully it’ll be a useful reference whether you’re learning the game for the first time or just need to check how something works!

Really happy to finally share this one – I recently had the chance to produce an official how-to-play video for Too Many Bones, now live on Chip Theory Games’ YouTube channel.

This was my first commissioned educational video for a publisher, and a project I put a lot of care into. The goal was to create something clear, beginner-friendly, and genuinely helpful for anyone getting into the game for the first time.

If you’ve been curious about Too Many Bones, or know someone trying to learn it, hopefully this makes that first step into Daelore a bit easier 🙂

New tutorial is up! This one is a how-to-play video for Dragons of Etchinstone, a solo card game by Joe Klipfel, published by Chip Theory Games. I cover all phases, card types, and core mechanics – and then go through two full encounters as examples to show how it all works in practice. Hope this guide helps you get started with Dragons of Etchinstone.

How to Play 20 Strong Tanglewoods: Red

20 Strong: Tanglewoods Red is a compact solo dice-and-cards adventure from Chip Theory Games, where you journey through the forest to reach Grandma’s Cabin and face the Big Bad Wolf. When I first picked it up, I realised that learning it required reading two separate rulebooks (one for the core 20 Strong system and another for this specific deck), so I wanted to make something simpler. This video combines both into a single, complete tutorial that walks through setup, rules, and gameplay from start to finish.

I explain everything step by step: how to set up your hero, what your stats mean, how the forest traversal works, and how encounters, merchants, and dice mechanics tie together. Then I run through a gameplay example so you can actually see how the game flows in practice. If you’ve ever wanted to try 20 Strong, this guide should get you playing without needing to flip between rulebooks.
